Lakai: Fully Flared

Watched the Lakai skate video the other day. Thought about doing a proper review on it, but I'm far too lazy. I'll try to do some proper reviews in the near future. maybe.....

Anyway, I was stoked with the video. Beautiful editing, great soundtrack, and at 1hr 29mins a nice long one too.

Standout was definitely the intro, which demonstrated the budget they put into skate videos. Without giving too much away, though YouTube already has, explosions and fireworks and stuff smashing to smithereens around skaters was intense, but I'll leave you to go watch it and see for yourself.

Favourite parts were Koston, Mike Mo Capaldi, Cairo Foster & Brandon Biebel. They're the ones that stick out in my head anyway.

A few of the songs on the list I had heard on BMX videos before which psyched me up too. (Sidenote: I find that sometimes. I'll be amped on a song because it's been in a video and I recall the footage it went with which is cool, but friends will listen to it and not think of it as a good song 'cos they don't have the same association). Alot of new songs I hadn't heard aswell which was cool, so got a bunch of new songs I like.

Young Jeezy - I Love It ( I think that's one of the songs that aren't really that good but the footage was good)
The Arcade Fire - No Cars Go (In a BMX vid)
Band of Horses - The Funeral (BMX vid i think?)
Public Enemy - Night of the Living Baseheads
Public Enemy - Harder than you think

Overall a very slick video, and well worth getting your hands on if your into any (for need of a better word) "extreme" sports. do it.

What are you talking about. Cairo ? best pat ?

Are you jocking me ?

And Lucas & Jesus. I agree you about Mike Mo and Biebel but Jesus has the most technical part ever seen
